Miniature Metrocard Paintings

Maud Taber-Thomas began doing “Metrocard Paintings” when she was living in New York City in 2011. These miniature works are all painted in oil on the backs of New York City Metrocards, which accounts for the distinctive shape and hole in one side.

All are 2 1/8 x 3 1/4 inches.
